If someone takes passionate offense to a speaker's remarks and the argument is not a productive rebuttal, the two are requested to table any arguments for later or remove themselves from proceedings. Occasionally duels have been fought between Kindred whose disagreements started in conclave session."

можно побольше контекста?
Из того, что пока что вижу - игра слов с killing room (местом на бойне, где забивают скот) и killer party (убойная вечериника). Если ничего лучше не предумаешь, получается "вампиры, проводящие убойные (в буквальном смысле) вечеринки".

Если ваши игроки способны проявлять изворотливость при поиске источников информации, отнеситесь аккуратно к тому, какие ее части выдавать.

Если кто-то вступает в яростный спор в ответ на высказываени говорящего, и доводы его не являются эффективными контраргументами, от обоих сторон требуется либо отложить дисскусию, либо удалиться с [заседания..? Зависит от контекста.]

2) Как совместить "blasting at brain-melting levels", ибо на мой вкус "грохот, плавящий мозг" как-то не очень?

2) совместить с чем? Я бы сказал что это "рэп или индустриал-рок, гремящий на мозговыносящей громокости" или что-то рядом.

Условно говоря, в этом случа: the - артикль показывающий уникальный, определенный предмет, a - артикль относящийся к какой-то категории предметов. The капслоком для того, чтобы подчеркнуть, что это THE place, не A place. Если ты хочешь отведать эти пельмени - Чайнотаун единственное по-настоящему стоющее место.
